Lure is a major solo exhibition of new works. The artists was a recipient of a major Creative Wales Award in 2010 and a winner of the Gold Medal for Fine Art in the National Eisteddfod in 2011, and this recent body of work, made in the last 18 months, is the culmination of a shift in focus for Sear as she explores how embodied acts of looking, in relation to landscape and space, might become recontextualised or renewed by these processes of physical engagement.
