It is human interaction with the built environment, the relationship between the qualities of a place and our senses, which brings together the work in this exhibition. Observations and design studies that consider landscape, texture, heat and light as building materials allow us to question their effect on our experience of everyday surroundings. Artist, Rhian Hâf and architects, Rhian Thomas, Dow Jones, Hassell, Victoria Coombs and Wayne Forster explore environmental stimuli and capture transient moments in this multi-faceted exhibition supported by Ruthin Craft Centre in partnership with the Design Commission for Wales and Bay Art.
