Cities have long been a stimulus for the artist’s imagination. As part of Cardiff 2005 celebrations this exhibition explores the relationship between the city as a subject and how artists respond to it through the medium of drawing. Over 25 artists are exhibiting drawings based on their ideas and understanding of the variability, excitement and complexity of the city.
